1.Consultation

Every design begins with an in-person consultation—either at your property or at the nursery if you bring a plot plan or blueprint. We’ll talk through your goals, style preferences, and budget, then take a walkthrough of the nursery to explore plants that fit your vision. From there, we create a clean, easy-to-read 2D layout that shows plant placement and key features, along with a plant list and general material recommendations. This plan serves as a helpful guide for you, your contractor, and even HOA approvals.

2.Design Plan

Depending on what you choose, we create either a simple 2D layout or a detailed 3D layout to map out plant placement, key features, and overall flow. Both options come with a plant list and general material suggestions, and they each serve as a clear visual guide for you, your contractor, and any HOA approvals.

3.Budget Estimate

To keep things transparent, we also include an estimated budget for your plants and materials. Hardscape estimates such as cement work are noted for contractor review.

4.Contractor Handoff

Once the design is ready, we meet with you — and your contractor, if you have one — at your property. During this walkthrough, we review the layout, plant list, and estimated budget together, making sure everyone feels confident before installation begins.
